Our Pastor

Pastor Phil A. Williamson is a man determined, dedicated and focused to love and to serve God with all of his spirit, soul and body. In 1986 God called, chose, appointed, anointed, and charged him to teach others as God teaches him.

From that time Pastor Phil has been dying to himself and giving up all of his rights in submission to the will of God. Pastor Phil loves God, loves God’s people and by example he is leading the ministry, Word of Love Christian Church, in obedience to the vision and mission of the church. He preaches and teaches the uncompromising word of God with signs and wonders following. Pastor Phil loves and leads his family in wisdom, knowledge and understanding. He blesses not only within his family but avails himself to the service of his community. He’s always available to share God’s Word, pray and literally put his hands to the plow to share the love of God with others.

Pastor Phil retired from the corporate world with more than 30 years of service as a manager and engineer and is now devoted to the work of the ministry. Pastor Phil believes that God uses every opportunity and circumstance in our lives to prepare us for the next phase in life to use those gifts and experiences for the perfecting of the saints and the work of the ministry.  He gives God all of the praise, honor and glory for each opportunity of service!

Our Co-Pastor

Betty A. Williamson is truly a covenant woman of God. “Yes, Lord!” is her response and the Word of God is her answer. As Co-Pastor of Word of Love Christian Church she faithfully serves and ministers Christ alongside her husband, Founder and Sr. Pastor, Phil A. Williamson.

Pastor Betty has an innate passion for women to be delivered from the strongholds of their pasts so that they intimately come to know and experience the Lord. As Founder & leader of WOLCC's Women of Restoration Ministry, her anointed teachings have led countless women to expose sin, repent, break through, turn, and follow Christ so that God’s promises are made manifest in their lives.  In 2000 Betty was ordained as Minister, and in 2006 as Co-Pastor to her husband. Pastor Betty also serves as Pastor of Church Administration. She also leads the church's intercessory prayer and praise and worship ministries.

She is truly a helpmeet, a wife, a mother and a woman of God for her husband, family and home. Pastor Betty’s life reflects that Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life and she is truly a beacon of light, a rock of stability, and a vessel of virtue for the church. Her love of Christ undergirds her servant’s heart as she teaches by the Word of God and prays by the Spirit of God,  power and anointing, made manifest as she continually puts her hands to the plow in accomplishing God’s will.
