WE ARE GUIDED BY PASTORS.

The Pastoral staff team is led by the Senior Pastor. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. These staff pastors serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church. The Senior Pastor Leadership Team members serve as Staff Elders.

WE ARE OVERSEEN BY ELDERS.

The Elders are members of the Senior Pastoral Staff of WOLCC church. The Elders aid and assist the Senior Pastor/Co-Pastor in the divine spiritual service of the church. The Elders are leaders living an example life of truth gained through study, experience and revelation of God's Word. The Elders help to equip, motivate and lead the church Body in a deeper personal commitment in fellowship with one another through the unity of faith in following our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The Elders contribute to the Pastoral team spirit through fellowship, determination, discipline, discipleship, commitment, faithfulness reflecting the true life of Jesus Christ.

WE ARE CARED FOR BY DEACONS.

The Deacons are members of the Ministry Leadership Staff of WOLCC church. The Deacons have been called by God and ordained by the Pastor to serve the Body in the spiritual and physical work of the ministry. The Deacons supports the pastoral staff in promoting the vision and mission of the church while ensuring the facilities (i.e. buildings and grounds) reflects the spirit of excellency. The Deacons serve as willing team members during any and all events/activities and out-reach efforts of the ministry contributing to the team spirit of the staff, the church and the Senior Pastor.

WE ARE SUPPORTED BY MINISTERS.

The Ministers are a member of the Ministry Leadership Staff of WOLCC church. The Ministers will equip, motivate and lead the WOLCC family to express their personal faith through the Word of God and life experiences by introducing as many people as possible to Jesus Christ. The Ministers are expected to contribute to the team spirit of the staff through fellowship, encouragement, cooperation, prayer support and other appropriate ways, as he/she serves Jesus Christ, the church and the Senior Pastor.
